Martin Heithecker
Managing Director & Founder
With more than 30 years of experience in international tourism, Martin Heithecker combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for hospitality and hands-on expertise.
After leading operations across destinations such as the Maldives, Austria, Gran Canaria, Crete, Kos, Corfu, Cyprus, Antalya and Rhodes during his tenure as Resident Manager for Thomas Cook Service AG, he built an extensive network and a strong reputation for operational excellence.
In 2008, Martin founded HRM Touristic Services & Consulting to dedicate his expertise to supporting hotel partners and business clients across the DACH market — with a focus on personal, professional, and long-term collaboration.

Rüyam Heithecker
Event & Office Manager
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, Rüyam Heithecker brings both creativity and organization to every project.
Her career spans roles in marketing, entertainment management in Turkey and Tunisia, and destination management — including on the Maldives.
Since HRM’s founding in 2008, she has passionately organized trade fairs, events, and PR activities for our hotel partners — always with attention to detail, a strong sense of organization, and a genuine joy for connecting people and brands.

Jana Schneider
Event & Marketing Manager
Jana’s passion for travel and languages has shaped her career for many years.
After working as a tour guide for TUI in Southern Europe and managing an airport office in Gran Canaria, she gained valuable experience in destination marketing across Spain and Latin America.
Since 2010, Jana has been part of the HRM team, contributing her knowledge and creativity to ensure that our hotel partners are presented at their best during trade shows, events, and marketing projects.
